Brett Campbell, having been first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That the claimant, Ford Motor Cradit Company, whose principal place of
business Is at Michigan, City of Dearborn, County of Wayne, is a corporation
organized and existing according to the laws of the state of Georgia, and
transacting a general financial lending business.
2. The affiant is the agent of the corporation and has personal knowledge of the
.
facts herein stated and makes this claim on behalf of the corporation.
3. That the eslate of Rollin W. Miller deceased, is justly Indebted to Ford Motor
Credit Company in the sum of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred adn Fifty
Seven dollars and FOLlrteen cents ($18557.14). Such sum with interest Is justly
due and owing to Ford Motor Credit Company from the estate of Rollin W,
Miller, deceased, on a certain promissory note lTl,ade, executed, and delivered
by the decedent in his lifetime, and was for value and before maturity sold,
endorsed, transferred, and delivered to Ford Motor Credit Company, which is
now the owner and holder thereof. See attached Lease Contract for the
promissory note details.
4. That no payments have been made thereon which are not credited on such
claim and that there are no offsets or cOLlI1terclaims against It to the
knowledged of claimant or affiant.
5, That claim amount is balance due and is subject to proceeds from resale of
collateral. Ford Motor Credit Company reserves right to file amended claim
after resale of collateral.
