I, FLORENCE ELLEN BUNGER STEWART, also known as ELLEN 8.
S'fI<:WART and F. ELLEN 8. STEW ART, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
other wills and codicils hcrctofore made hy me.
FIRST: I direct that al! my just dcbtr; and funeral expenses, including my
grave marker, shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my
decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath certHin of my miscellaneous
household goods, personal effects, jewelry amI furniture, to the persons designated in
accordance with my last dated memorandum prepared hy me priOl' to my death and enclosed
with this my Last Will and Testament.
THIRD: 1 give and hequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
to PAME,LA HODGE if she survives me; and the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00) to
CHERYL KARPER, if she survives me.
FOURTH: I direct my hereinafter named Executor to sell all of the shares of
c()lnmon stock which I may own at the time of my death in Tenneco, Inc., Arrow Electronics,
Inc., ConVest Energy Corporation, W, R. Grace & Company and Ducommun, Inc., and I
give, devise and bequeath the proceeds thereof equally to such of my grandchildren who are
living at the time of my death. This bequest shall only include the proceeds from the sale of
the shares of the common stock which I own at the timp of my death in the companies
specifically set forth herein, if any, and shall not include any other shares of common stocks I
may own in any other company not specifically set lorth herein, Illutual funds, bonds, treasury
bills, or like securities or investments which I Illay own Ht the lime of IllY death, all of which
will he distributed in accordance with the residuary clause of this my Last Will and Testament.
FII<'TH: I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estale, of every
nature and wherever situate. to my children, equally, namely, NANCY S. WOLFE and
DAVID L. STEW ART, provided that the share of any child who predeceases me shall be
distrihuted to his or her issue, pel' stirpes, and in default of such then-living issue, such share
