I, PaulB.Mocmaw, a resJ.dent of Middlesex T~lShip, Cvmberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and d1.sposing mind, rrem::>ry and understanding, do
make, pubHah and declare th1.s as and for my last W1.ll and Testament, hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Tsstarrente, or wr1.t:lngs
in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore rnade.
1. I nan:lnate, const.i.tute and appoint my w1.fe, Esther K. Moanaw, to be
Executrix of this, my last Will and Testarrent. Should a subsHtute or successor
be required, I naninate, constitute and appoint as suCh, my daughter, Cynth1.a
Anne Moanaw. I direct that neither my said wHe nor my said daughter shall be
required to give bond for the faithful performan~~ of her dut1.ss hereunder in
th1.a or any other jurisdiction, and that if, 110tw1.thstanding thIs direction, any
bond 1.s required by any law, statute or rule of court, no surety be required
thereon.
II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my propp.rty and estate, of whatso-
ever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized or' possessed, or
of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the time of my death, to my wife,
Esther K. Mocrnaw, the same to be hers absolutely, providing my said wife sur-
vives me by a period of six (6) months.
lIT.. In the event my said wife, Esther K. Moanaw, should fail. to survive
me. by a period of six (6) months, then I direct that 131.1 of my property and e8-
tate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die se1.zed
or posse8sed, or of wh1.ch I shall be entltled to dispose at the t.ime of my death,
be divided in four equal shares 0 I direct that one such share shall be paid over
to each of my four (4) chHdren, Michael S. Moa11aw, Matthew S. Moanaw, Cynthia
Anne Mocrnaw and Anthony A. Moanaw. In the event that any of my said four (4)
children shall not be living at the time of taking hereunder, the share of any
such deceased chHd shall pass instead to his or her issus, 1.f any, per st.1.J:pes,
and if such deceased child shall not be survived by issue, h1.s or her share
shall pass .instead to the rema:lnder of my surviving children, or the.ir 1.ssue,
in equal shares, per stirpes.

WHEREAS, PAUL B. MOOMAW, late of Middlesex Township, county
of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died on the 12th
day of April, 1997, having first made his Last Will and
Testament in writing dated June 29, 1988, which since his
decease was duly probated before the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County and Letters Testamentary were issued to ESTHER
K. MOOMAW, the Executrix named in the Last Will and Testament of
said decedent.
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ESTHER K.
MOOMAW, being the sole legatee and distributee named in the will
of said decedent and the person entitled to share in the
residuary distribution of the Estate of said decedent, do hereby
declare and say that I have examined the attached Account
identified as "Exhibit A" and the attached Schedule of Proposed
Distribution identified as "Exhibit B" and find the same to be
true and correct, and in strict accordance with the terms and
provisions of said will, and I do hereby acknowledge that I this
day have, had and received of and from ESTHER K. MOOMAW,
Executrix of the Estate of PAUL B. MOOMAW, the cash and/or
personalty set opposite my name in the above stated Schedule of
Proposed Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and
discharge of all such sum or sums of money, legacies and

Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, merrlOlY and unde.1:standing I do
make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testment, hereby
revoking and maJdng null and void any and all Wills and Testaments, or writings
in the nature thereof, by roo at any tiIre OOretofore rncrle.
I. I naninate, constitute and appoint my wife, Esther K. Moanaw, to be
Executrix of this, my last Will and Testament. ShOUld a substitute or successor
be required, I ncminate, constitute and appoint as such, my daughter, Cynthia
lInne Moanaw. I d.u'ect that neither my said wife nor my said daughter shall be
required to give bond for the faithful performance of 00r duties hereunder ,in
this or any other jurisdiction, and that if, notwithstanding this direotion, any
bond is required by any law, statute or rule of court I no surety be required
thereon.
II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property and estate, of whatso-
ever k:ind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or
of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the tine of my death, to my wife,
Esther K. Moanaw, the same to be hers absolutely, providing my said wife sur.,
vives me by a per'iod of six (6) months.
III. In the event my said wife, Esther K. M:xxnaw, should fail to survive
roo by a period of six (6) months, then I direct that all of my property and es-
tate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized
or possessed, or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at the Ulne of my death,
be divided in four equal shares. I direct that one such share shall be paid over
to each of my four (4) children, Michael S. Moanaw, ~Jatthew S. f>banaw, Cynthia
lInne Moanaw and Anthony A. Moanaw. In the event that any of my said four (4)
children shall not be living at the tiIre of taking hereunder, the share of any
such deceased child shall pass instead to his or her issue, if any, per st irpes,
and if such deceased child shall not be survived by ,issue, his or her share
shall pass instead to the remainder of my surviving children, or their issue,
in equal shares, per stirpes.
