I, Ervin Diller, of 986 Limekiln Road, New Cumberland,
Township of Fa1t'vlew, County of York and commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bel.ng of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
hereby publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and
Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my demise as may be convenient to
the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath my cedar chest to my
nephew, Carl Fetrow, and my diamond ring to my wife's nJ.ece, Tina
Graham.
ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath my home to my sister,
Hilda R. Fetrow, if she be living at the time of my death. If
she should predecease me, then said home shall become part of the
residue of my estate.
ITEM IV. I give, devise and bequeath my interest in the
cabin located in Adams county to the other owners in equal
shares.
ITEM V. I direct that all savings bond~ on which I have
named other persons shall be delivered to them.
ITEM VI. It is my intention that my insurance proceeds
shall be utilized in payment of debts and expenses and become a
part of my estate for distribution. In the event I have not made
appropriate arrangements therefore prior to my demise and the

Hilda, benef iciary, fal1es to aistribute same by paying debts and
