Mrs, Cynthia R, Otto, SS # 172-01- 7153, born 4/13/1915, is currently being treated for
Pneumonia at Hllrrisburg Hospital. Mrs, Otto was admitted to Harrisburg Hospital through the
Emergency Room on Friday, May 16, 1997, at 6:45 PM, she had been released from Holy Spirit
Hospital, on Monday 5/12/97 to Health South in Mcchanicsburg, PA. Mrs. Otto suffered a stroke
on Wednesday, April 30, 1997, while at her home located at 806 N, Arch Street, Mechanicsburg,
PA 17055, Her Husband, Creedin H, Otto, SS #172-01-1263 suffered a stroke on Monday, May
5,1997, and died on Tuesday, May 13, 1997 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Mrs, Otto will
be released to Health South in Mechanicsbmg when her treatment is completed at Harrisburg
HospitaL
