I, BESSIE ZUCCARO, a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and deolare this to be my LAST WILL
and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codioils
previously made by me.

I deolare that I am widowed and that I have a daughter, HELEN
E. REICHEL, a grandson, WAYNE F. REICHEL, and a granddaughter,
LESLIE J. MOROZIN.

I direot that my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my death as is praotioable by my Exeoutrix out of my
residuary estate, but not from any assets, funds, death benefits
,or insuranoe proceeds which are otherwise excludable or exempt from
my gross estate for federal estate valuation or tax purposes.

I direot that all estate, succession, legacy, inheritance
or other transfer taxes, however designated that shall become
payable by reason of my death in respeot of all property oomprising
my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not suoh
property passes under this LAST WILL, shall be pald by my Exeoutrix
out of my residuary estate, but not from any assets, funds, death
benefits or insurance prooeeds whioh are otherwise excludable or
exempt from my gross estate for federal estate valuation or tax
purposes.
