vania, make this WiIl t revoking all my rOTInor wills and codIcils.
ITEM I: I direct that all my just dehts, funeral expenses and adrninis
trat10n expenses, il1clut.ling my grave marker, shall be paid from the assets of
my estate as soon as practicable aftor my decoase. It is my desire that my
body be cremated.
ITEM IT: I dovlse and bequoath my 1941 antIque Packard automobiles
and parts too'rofor to my sister, .Janet l1arhart, providing she survives me.
ITEM I IT: T dcvi so am] bequoath the rosidue of my estate, of every
nature and whe'revor situato, to my wHe, Marion S, l1arhart, providing she
shall survive mo by thirty (30) days.
I'111M IV: Should my wife, Marion S. Earhart, predeceaso 11\0 er dlo on or
beforo the t1\lrtleth day following my death, I dCJVise ,md bequeath the residue
of my estate, of evury nature and wherever situate, to my sister, ,Janet Ear-
hart. Should both my wife, Marion S. Earhart, and my sIstoI', ,Timet J~arhart,
predeceaso me, I devise and bequoath the residue of my estato r of every nature
and wherever situate r to .Johns Hopkins Research, Johns Hopkins Hospi tal,
Baltimore, Maryland.
ITEM V: I diroct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my Cleatn,- of whatover nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be
paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate,

vania, make this Will, revoking all my fonner wills and codicils.
lJEM I: I direct that all my Just debts, funeral expenses and arhninis I
tration expenses, including my grave marker, shall be paid from the assets of '
my estate as soon as practicable after my decease, It is my desire that my ,
body be cremated.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath my 1941 antique Packard automobiles
and parts therefor to my sister, Janet Earhart, providing she survives mo.
ITEM III: I devise and bequeath tho residue of my estate, of every
nature and wherever si tua te, to my wife, ~larion S, Earhart, providing she
shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM IV: Should my wife, Marion S. Earhart, predecease me or die on or
before-the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and bequeath the residue
of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my sister, Janet Ear-
hart. Should botn my wife, Marion S. Earhart, and my sister, Janet Earhart,
predecease me, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature
and wherever situate, to Joms Hopkins Research, Johns Hopklns Hospital,
Bal timore, Maryland,
I'IEM V: I direct that all ta.xes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be
paid from my residuary estate as n part of tJ1e expensCl of the administration
of my estate.
