Decedent; and
WHEREAS, the Administrutrixes have filed a Pennsylvania Inheritancc Tax Rctul11 with Ihe
Pennsylvania Dcpartment of Revenue in the Decedent's Estate, suid Retum being attached bercto
and marked Exhibit "A", und suid R()turn being accepted as f1led by the Pennsylvania Dep1ll1mcnt
of Rcvenue, a copy of thc appraisement of said Rdurn heing attllched l1(1reto und murkcd Exhibit
"B"; and
WHEREAS, the Administratrixes have uccomplished a payment of all inheritunee taxes owing
on Ihe Estate of thc Decedent and the Adminislratrixes havc also sold the reul estut" of the
Decedent and have othcrwise disposed of all personal property of the Decedent; und
WIIEREAS, the Administratrixes arc themselves the sole beneficiaries of the Decedent and have
provided to each other an opp0l1unity to cxamine all records of tbe Dl'cedent in the posscssion
of the Administratrices and to examine all recnrds of the Estate; and
WIU:REAS, Ihe Administratrixes desire thatlhe administration of the Estate of the Decedent be
