I, GRACE H. BEITTEL, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my last will
and testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codioils
heretofore made by me.
1. I direot my exeoutrioes to pay all of my debts, funeral
and administrative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently
after my deoease.
2. I authorize and empowe~ my executrices to sell any realty
owned by me at my death and not specifically devised herein, at
either pUblic or private sale, and to give good and sufficient
deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. r. devise and l:1equeath all of my estate of every natuI'e
and wherever situate to my husbarid, Benjamin L. Beittel, providing
he shall survive me by sixty days.
4. Should thd gift in Paragraph No.3 not take effeot, I
devise and bequeath all 'of my estate of every nature and wherever
situate as follows:
(a) 1/3rd to Elizabeth B. Hilliard,
(b) 1/3rd to Mary Lou Rowe, and
(c) 1/3rd to be divided between my grandchildren,
, living at the time of my death, share atld share
alike.
(d), If either Elizabeth or Mary Lou are deceased at
the time of my death, their share shall be divided
according to Paragraph 4(c).
5. I nominate and appoint Elizabeth B. JUlliard and Mary Lou
