I, PAULINE E. MORNINGSTAR, a resident of West Manchester
Township, York County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this my
Last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM ONE: I order and direct my hereinafter-named
personal representatives to pay my legally-enforceable debts and
funeral expenses as soon after my decease as may be found convenient,
and to see that my remains are properly interred in the burial lot
which I have maintained for that purpose in Prospect Hill Cemetery
located in York County, Pennsylvania, near the final resting place of
my husband, Millard R. Morningstar, now deceased.
ITEM TWO: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate,
real and personal, unto the following individuals in the proportions
indicated:
A. Fifty (50%) thereof unto my son, DONALD
E. MORNINGSTAR, or to his issue, per st.i.rpes and not per capital and
B. The remaining fifty (50%) percent thereof
unto my son, GLENN E. MORNINGSTAR, Dr to his issue, pel' stirpes and not
per capita.
ITEM THREE: I hereby nominate and appoint my sons, DONALD
E. MORNINGSTAR and GLENN E. MORNINGSTAR, Co-Executors of this Will. I
hereby authorize and empower my said personal representatives to sell
and convey any and all of my property, at any time and at any place,
and to execute any legal documents that may be required as fully as I
could do myself. I further order and direct that my personal
