and eighty-one and 60/100 dollars ($281.60), plus costs and reasonable attorney's
fees.
8. The time period for which these charges are filed is January 1, 2002 to
March 31, 2003 on Borough Sewer Account(s) 55-0007338.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defendant in the amount of two hundred and eighty-one and 60/100
dollars ($281.60), plus costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
