and making void any and all Wills by me at any timo heret.oforo made.
1. I direct. my hbroinaftor namod Executors to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon aftor my death &S may be found oon-
venient to do so. I direot t.hat my funeral services be conducted by
Iloffman-Roth Funeral Ilome, 219 Nort.h lIilnover St.reet, Carlisle, Penn-
sylvania, in a manner substant.ially similar to the arrangements which
I made for the services for my wife, Faye R. Schlusser, and that my
body be interred beside hers on our burial lot. located in Nort.h
Middleton Church of God Cemetery in Nort.h Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. TIll of the rest., residue and remainder of myest.ate, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares t~ suoh of my following named four
(4) ohildren as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per
stirpes, but should any of them fail to so survive me then the share
suoh deceased child would have reoeived shall pass to such of his or
her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) day~, per
stirpes, and if there be no such issue the same shall lapse ~nd be
added to the other shares, per stirpes. My four (4) children are
Gloria J. MoCoy, Charles B. Schlusser, Jr., Wane S. Sohlusser, and
Warren L. Schlusser.
3. I hereby nominate, const.itute and appoint my four (4)
ohildren, Gloria J. McCoy, Charles B. Schlusser, Jr., Wane S.
Sohlusser, and Warren L. Sohlusser, or any of t.hem as co-Executors of
this my Last Will and Testament and I further direot that none of them
shall' be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance
of his or her duties in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any
other jurisdiotion.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament written on one (l) page, this 22nd day of
September , 1988.
