~T WILL AND TESTAMENT or KATHARINE W, WARD
I, KATHARINE W, WARD, Widow, of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, clo hereby make, publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all former valls by me heretofore made.
1. I direct my Executors, hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently
may be done,
2. I give and bequeath all my jewelry, silverware, objects
of art, antiques, household goods, clothing, and personal effects in
such way and proportions as are set forth in a memorandum which I shall
leave with this my Last Will and Testament.
3, All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized
and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,
I give, devise and bequeath to my two children, PAULA K. HONTGOHERY,
and CHARLES H, WARD, both of Hechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in equal shares, per stirpes,
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my aforesaid
children, PAULA K, MONTGOMERY and CHARLES H, WARD, or their survivors,
to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve ~d.thout
bond of any type whatsoever,
5, In the event that both of my aforesaid children and
their survivors should predecease me, or be unable to serve for any
reason whatsoever, I nominate, consti.tute and appoint DAUPHIN DliPO~I'l'
BANK & TRUST COMPANY Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
