I" MADALYN H. ~GLER, of Harrisburg, Dauphin county,
Pennsylvania, deolare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will
or codioil previously made by me.
ITEM I. I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature and wherever situate, to my grandniece, JUDY JEAN JONES
KINGSMORE, now of Edgewater, Maryland, providing that she
survives my by thirty (30) days. Should my said grandniece
predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day
following my death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate, of
every nature and wherever situate, to such of her issue, ~
stirDes, as are living on the thirty-first (31st) day following
my death.
ITEM II. Any property passing under this will to a person
under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be paid to that person's
parent or parents as custodian or custodians for that beneficiary
under the Uniform Gifts or Transfers to Minors Act of
Pennsylvania.
ITEM III. I ap~oint my grandniece, JUDY JEAN JONES
KINGSMORE, now of Edqewater, Maryland, Executrix of this, my Last
