LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

OHARLES O. IUHLWIND
I, CHARLES G. KUHLWIND, of Meohanioaburg, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last \'Iill and Testament, hereby revoking all othel' Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by mo.
FIRST: I direct that the payment of ~ll my just debts
and funeral expenses, including my grave marker and all other
expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as soon as practical after my decease as part of the
expenses of the administration of my estate. I have made pre-
arrangements for funeral and burial with Parthemore Funeral Home
of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
~QHU: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together wich any insurance policies thereon, as
follows:

(A) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to DELORES W.
'11 STEPHENS, of Landvale street Extended, Marysville, Pennsylvania,
provided that should she predecease me, I direct that her share

set forth herein.
(B) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to the ZEMBO TEMPLE
ENDOWMENT FUND, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
(C) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to the HARRISBURG
CONSISTORY HERITAGE FUND, of Harrisburg, pennsylvania.
(D) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to the WEST SHORE
LODGE NO. 681, FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS, of Camp Hill, Pennsyl-
vania.
(E) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to the MASONIC HOMES,
of Elizabethtown, pennsylvania.

THIRDI In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, X give the fiduciaries
aoting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exeroisable without oourt approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
oonditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the pr.operty and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
,sion, improvement, zoning or rnanagement of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, oommon trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
di.versification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance pOlicies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.

FOURTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death ta,Ci's, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason or my death, whether or not with respeot
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: I nominate and appoint DAVID M. ATTICK, SR., of
515 N. Houcks Road, Harrisburg, pennsylvania, Executor of this,
my Last Will and Testament. In the event of the death, resigna-.
tion or inability to serve for any reason whatsoever of the said
DAVID M. ATTICK, SR., I nominate and appoint DELORES W. STEPHENS,
Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament. I direct that my
Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, and their successors,
shall not be requir.ed to post seourity or a bond for the perform-
ance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

Codicils heretofore made by me.
[IRST: r. direct that the payment of all my just debts
and funeral expenses, including my grave marker and all other
expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as soon as pr.actical after my decease as part of the
expenses of the administration of my estate. I have made pre-
arrangements for funeral and burial with Parthemore Funeral Home
of New Cumberland, pennsylvania.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon, as
follows:
(A) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to DELORES W.
~ STEPHENS, of Landvale street Extended, Marysville, pennsylvania,
provided that should she predecease me, I direct that her share
be- divided equaJ,ly among the remaining residuary beneficiaries as
set forth herein.
(B) Twenty (20%) percent thereof to the ZEMBO TEMPLE
....... ENDOWMENT FUND. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

~HIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, ~ny real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
conditions as ~re deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, sUbdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(e) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for pennsylvania fiduci-
.~ aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of

extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other righ~s which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
POORTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing unc;ler this Will, shall be paic;l out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
,lll1H: I nominate and appoint DAVID M. ATTICK, SR., of
515 N. Houcks Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Executor of this,
my Last Will anc;l Testament. In the event of the death, resigna-
tion or inability to serve for any reason whatsoever of the said
DAVID M. ATTICK, SR., I nominate and appoint DELORES W. STEPHENS,
Executrix of this, my Last will anc;l Testament. I c;lirect that my
~xecutor or Executrix, as the case may be, anc;l their successors,
shall not be requirec;l to post security or a bond for the perform-
ance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
