I, ETHEL M. LOOKER of the Borough of Camp HJ.ll, cwnberland
County, p~nn8yl vania, declare this to be my I,ast Will and Testa-
ment, hereby l;ev6king any will previouslY made by me.
I _ I direct the paynlCllt of all my just debts and
funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practical
after my death.
II _ I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever
nature and wheresoever situate unto my husband, Elmer W. Looker.
III _ Should my said husband predecease me, then I de-
vise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and where-
soever situate unto my three children, Terry L. Looker, Donald
G. Looker and Judith L. Osmun, per stirpes.
IV _ All taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed
shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate, and my personal representative or representatives
shall have the absolute power in his or her discretion to pay the
same at once whether or not the law under which they are imposed
permi ts the postponement of all or part of them to a later time.
V _ I appoint my husband, Elmer W. Looker, Executor of
this, my Last Will and Testament. Should my said husband fail to
qualify or cease to act as such, then I appoint my children, Terry
L. Looker, Donald G. Looker and Judith L. Osmun, as Coexecutors
of this, my Last Will and Testament. None of my personal repre-
sentatives shall be required to post bond in this or any jurisdic-
tion.
