LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
BLANCHE W. MYERS
I, BLANCHE W. MYERS, of the Borough of New cumberland, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, deolare this to be my l,aet will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
~TEM II 1 direot that my funeral shall be conducted in the
manner oorresponding to my estate and situation in life and that my
place of burial shall be in our Lot No. l78-B in Woodlawn Memorial
Gardene, 4855 Londonderry Road, Harrisburg, pennsylvania, and that a
marker as well as perpetual oare shall be provided for said lot.
ITEM 11,1 1 direot that my executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM 1111 1 devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate to my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS
KISTLER, if she survives me by thirty (30) days. 1 suggest, but do
not require, that my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS KISTLER, use whatever
portion of this bequest neoessary to pay for the education of her
daughter, CHRISTINA LOUISE KISTLER.
ITEM IV: Should my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS KISTLER, fall to
survive me by thirty (30) days, 1 devise and bequeath the resldue of
my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to her daughter,

. CHRISTINA LOUISE KISTLER, provided she survives me by thirty (30)
days. Should the said CHRISTINA LOUISE KISTLER predecease me or die
on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I devise and
bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate
to her issue, per. stirpes, living on the thirty-first (31st) day
following my death.
ITEM y: If none of the above-named persons survive me by thirty
(30) days, and if CHRISTINA I,OUISE KISTLER has no ieeue living on the
thirty-first (31st) day following my death, I devise and bequeath the
residue of my estate in the following manner:
A. I devise and bequeath four-fifthll of my estate to my
daughter's husband, NED F. KISTLER, if he survives me.
B. I devise and bequeath two twenty-fifths of my estate to
my sister, MILDRED W. MURPHY, of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, or her
heirs .
C. I devise and bequeath one twenty-fifths of my estate to
the general fund of the BAUGHMAN MEMORIAL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH of
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
D. I devise and bequeath one twenty-fifths of my estate to
the GROVE CITY COLLEGE of Grove city, pennsylvania, in my memory of
the Class of 1932.
E. I devise and bequeath one twenty-fifths of my estate to
the DICKINSON COLLEGE of Carlisle, pennsylvania, in my husband's
memory, SAMUEL H. MYERS, of the Class of 1930.

ITEM VII I appoint CCNB BANK, N.A., a PNC bank, of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, guardian of any property which passes
either under this will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to
which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise
specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a guardian
shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to
distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the
minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal
as well as income from time to time for the minor's support and
education (including college education, both graduate and undergradu-
ate) without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such
support and education, or to make payment for these purposes, without
further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to
any person taking care of the minor.
ITEM VI!,I I appoint my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS KIS'l'LER,
Executrix of this my last will. Should my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS
KISTLER, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my
granddaughter, CHRISTINA LOUISE KISTLER, Executrix of this my last
will.
ITEM VIlli No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to
post bond or enter security for the faithful performance of ~ie/her
duties in any jurisdiction.

I, BLANCHE W. MYERS, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II I direct that my funeral shall be conducted in the
manner corresponding to my estate and situation in life and that my
place of burial shall be in our Lot No. 178-B in Woodlawn Memorial
Gardens, 4855 Londonderry Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and that a
marker as well as perpetual care shall be provided for said lot.
ITEM III I direct that my executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM 1111 I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of
every nature and wherever situate to my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS
KISTLER, if she survives me by thirty (30) days. I suggest, but do
not require, that my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS KISTLER, use whatever
portion of this bequest necessary to pay for the education of her
daughter, CHRISTINA LOUISE KISTLER.
ITEM IVI Should my daughter, JUDITH ANN MYERS KISTLER, fail to
survive me by thirty (30) days, I devise and bequeath the residue of
