I, OALEN W. BEAR, of R. D. 9, Box 716, Carlislo. Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do make and pUblish thio my laot will and
testament, hereby revoldng all wHls heretofore made by me.
1. I direot my executrix, hereinaf'ter named, to pay all my
just debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my death.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and
personal, to my wife, Edith S. Bear, if she survives me for sixty days.
3. If Edith S. Bear does not survive me for a period of sixty
days, then I give and bequeath oertain articles of personal property
as follows:
A.
To Oalen William Bear:
(1) Tool chest and all the tools therein,
(2) Sawbuck walnut pie table (JaCOb Stoner),
(3) Rosewood chair with needlepoint, and
(4) Walnut drop leaf table.
To Edward S. Bear:
B.
(1) LIncoln rocker,
(2) Wig box,
(3) Mahogany wall what-not (W. A. Stafford) with the
articles thereon, and
(4) Walnut side chair with needlepoint (Smith).
C. To each of my grandchildren, living at my death, the
sum of $1,000.00,
D. To the Second Presbyterian Church, of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, for its scholarship fund; 5% of my net
