I, DAVID K. MILLER, of R. D. #1, Marysvllle, Pennsyl-
vania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at anytime heretofore
made.
ITEM I _ I hereby direct my hereinafter named Executor
or Executrix to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and
inheritance taxes as soon afte.r my death as may be found conven-
ient.
ITEM II _ I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister,
Victoria E. Neidig, the interest which I may own, at the time
of my death, in the Greenhouse business and in the land on which
the business is operated. In the event that my sister, Victoria
E. Niedig, fails to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath
my entire interest iTl said Greenhouse and the land on which it
is operated, to my son, Robert D. Miller. This bequest to my
son shall include the entire interest which I own in the Green-
house business at the date of my death and also any interest which
I may inherit as a result of the death of my sister, Victoria E.
Neidig.
gEM III _ All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever nature and
kind, wheresoever the same may be situate, and from whatsoever
source derived, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Nancy
A. Miller if she survives me, and if she does not survive me, said
