WHEREAS, the parties entered Into a Revocable Trust Agreement, dated AprU 22, 1996 (hereat\cr 'Trust
Asreement'); and
WHEREAS, Senior wishes to modify the Trust Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth herein, the parties
berelo, intending to be legally bound hereby, agree as follows:

have reached the age of twenty-ilne (21) yeaIS. In the event any beneficiary dies before recelvlnl his or her
final distribution hereunder, the Trust as to that beneficiary shall terminate and the balance of principal and
any net undisulbuted Income shall be paid over to such beneficiary's personal representative.

voluntary or involuntary alienation.
If at any time during the continuance of any trust created hereunder, the Trustee, In Its sole and
absolute discretion. determines that the size of any Individual Trust has become so small as to be impractical
to continue to hold in tNst and uneconomical to conllnue to administer as a irust, then In such circumstances,
the Trustee may, without further authorization, distribute the balance of the principal and Income In such TrUSt
to the beneficiary then-entitled to the Income therefrom, and upon such distribution, the Trustee shall be
released from further obligation with respect to that Trust and shall not be subject to any claim from any
person who may have had a future Interest in such Trust had It been continued In Trust.
3. llaUnClllion. In all other respects, the terlllS, conditions and obligations of the Trust Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
