I, GUY A. woodworth, of Lawer Allen Township,
oumberland oounty, pennsylvania, make, publish, and declare
this to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking all
wills and codicils by me heretofore made.
1. I direct that the expenses of my burial and all my
just debts be paid as soon after my death as may be
convenient to my executor or executrix hereinafter named.
2. I give and bequeath all the remainder of my
property, personal, and mixed to my Wife, Hester B.
Woodworth, providing she survives me by thi.rty (30) days.
3. In the event my Wife, Hester B. Woodworth, does not
survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and
bequeath the remainder of my property, real, personal, and
mixed as follows:
A. I specifically give the sum of $10,000 to my
grandson, Howell O. Sasser, Jr.

woodworth, II, providing he survives me.
If my son, cuy A. Woodworth, II, is not
living at the time of my death, his
share shall be distributed pursuant to
part (J) (2) below.
2. one-half (1/2) to my daughter, Elaine W.
Sasser, providing she survives me. If
Elaine W. Sasser does not survive me,
then I give her share as follows: to

remainder of the share of Elaine W.
Sasser shall be divided equally between
her children, share and share alike.
4. In the event that my Wife and I should perish in a

powers Whioh are to be oonstrued in the broadest manner
oonsistent with validity and with their duties as
fidiouaries. I give the power stated here in addition to
those granted by law, and I give them to administrators and
trustees who SUooeed the fidicuaries I have appointed.
A. To retain any or all of the assets of my
estate, real or personal, without regard
to any principle of diversifioation or risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property I includ-
ing stocks, common trust funds and mortgage
investment funds, without restriction to
,investments authorized for Pennsylvania
fidiciaries, as they deem proper without
regard to any principle of diversification
or risk.

legally waived, I direct that no executor or other ficuoiary
hereunder shall ever be required to post any bond or give
any security in connection with his or her duties, whether
in the state of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.
