I, ~UTH N. BAUM, of the Borough of camp Hill, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this as and
for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills
heretofore made by me.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness from my estate as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done. All of the foregoing shall be considered
expenses of the administration of my estate.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate,
together the the proceeds of any insurance thereon, in equal
shares unto my children, VIRGINIA KOHLER, BARBARA WEAVER and PAUL
E. BAUM.
3. I nomi.nate and appoint my son, PAUL E. BAUM, as Executor
of this, my Last W.i.1l and Testament. Should my son, PAUL E.
BAUM, fail to survive me or be unable or unwi.lling to act as
Executor, I nominate and appoint my daughter, VIRGINIA KOHLER, as
Executrix. Shoul.d my daughter, VIRGINIA KOHLER, fail to survive
me or be unable or unwilling to act as Executri~, I nominate and
appoint my daughter, BARBARA WEAVER, as Executrix.

1. I direct the payment of my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness from my estate as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done. All of the foregoing shall be considered
