Family Trust was calculated based upon information provided by
Everen Securitiell, Inc., the brokerage fIrm holding these asset.S.
A oopy of the date of death information provided by Bveren
seourities is attached heretO.
The attached letter, dated July 10, 1997, from David L.
Seltzer, First Vice president, Investments, Everen Securities,
Inc., explains that those valuations are accurate to D reasonable
degree of certainty, under the circumstances, i.e., that the
death occured on a Saturday.
'1'he principal value of the 'l'rust has been calculated by
using the values provided by Mr. Seltzer, and the principal value
of the Trust is reported as Schedule G, Item 2.
The total accrued interest attributable to the Trust is
reported as Schedule G, Item 3. '1'he calculation of accrued
interest as of the date of death follows.
