,LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
ARTHUR S. PEFFLEY
I, Arthur S. Peffley, of Dickinson Township, Cumberland
county, pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that my just debts, funeral expanses, and
the expenses of the admInistration of my estate, including any
state, federal or other death taxes payable because of my death,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as scon as practicable
after my decease, as a part cf the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate untc my wife, Anna M. Peffley,
provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM III: Should my said wife, Anna M. Peffley, predecease
me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I
bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as
follows:
A. One-half thereof unto my step-scn, John H.
Anderson, provided he shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
Should my said step-son, John 1I. Anderson, predecease me or die
on or before the thirtieth day fcllowing my death, I devise and
bequeath his share of my estate unto my step-grandson, Arthur
Eppley, absolutely.

B. One~quarter thereof unto my wife's niooe, Donna K.
steigleman, provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
Should my said wife's nieos, Donna K. steigleman, predeoease me
or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I
devise and bequeath her share of my estate unto my step-nieoe,
Bonnie Lou Flagg, absolutely.
c. one-quarter thereof unto my step-niece, Bonnie Lou
flagg, provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. ShOUld
my said step-nieoe, Bonnie Lou Flagg, predecease me or die oh or
before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and
bequeath her share of my estate unto my step-niece, Donna K.
steigleman, absolutely.
ITEM IV: I appoint my wife, Anna M. Peffley, Executrix of
this my last Will and Testament. Should my s~id wife fail to
q\1alify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my step-son,
John H. Anderson, Exeoutor cf this my last Will and Testament.
ITEM V: I direct that my personal representatives, as well
as their successors, shall not be required to give bend for the
faithful performance of their duties in any judsdiction.
