LAST WILL AND nSTAl4BNT'

RUTH KATHRYN KRAMBR
I, RUTH KATHRYN KRAMER, of Mechaniosburg, Cumberland
Cou~~y, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding do hereby make, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok ing all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM II 1 direct that all my just debts, funeral
expenses and last medical expenses shall be paid from the
assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my
decease.
ITEM III All federal, state and other death taxes
payable because of my death with respect to the property
forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty
imposed in conneotion with such tax, shall be considered
part of the expense of the administration of my estate and
shall be paid out of the residue of my estate without
apportionment or right of reimbursem~nt.
ITEM nIl 1 give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate of every nature and wheresoever situate unto my son,
JAMES FRANCIS KRAJ1ER, 111, of East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, provided he shall survive
me by thirty (30) days.
ITBM IVI Should my son, JAMES FRANCIS KRAMER/
111/ precedease me/ or die on or before the thirtieth day
following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my
estate of avery nature and wheresoever situate in equal
shares to my grandchildren, DENNIS JAMES KRAMER/ DENISE
CAROL BUCHER/ SUZANNE KUNTZELMAN, MICHELE KANGAS, MICHAEL
KRAMER AND I,YNN ANN WITMER. In the event that any of my
said grandchildren should fail to survive me by thirty (30)
days, his or her share shall pass to his or her surviving
issue/ e~ stirpes. In the absence of any surving issue of
any predeceased grandchild, then his or her share shall
pass in equal shares to my surviving grandchild or
grandchildren or their issue/ per stirpes.
ITEM IVI In the event that any beneficiary taking
under this Will shall then be under the age of eighteen
(18) years old, the share of such beneficiary shall be held
in trust, by the surviving natural parent or legal guardian
of the beneficiary, to accumulate income from the truBt and
principal and add the same to the principal until he or Bhe
attains the age of eighteen (18) years old at which time
the principal of his or her trust and any accumulated
income shall be distributed outright and the trust shall
terminate.
ITEM VI In addition to the powers confirmed by
law, I authorize my Executor or his successor/ in his
absolute discretion without court order1

(b) To compromise claims without oourt approval, and
without oontest of any beneficiary,
(0) The right to distr ibute in oash or kind, or
