Trustee is authoril.ed to disburse any part or all of the principal of this trust at any time or from time to time when in its discretion it shall be expedient for the health, comfort, , maintenance and support of the Donor. 4. Trustee is authorized to disburse the net income or the principal of this trust as hereinbefore authorized either directly to the Donor or to any other party for his benefit, and the receipt of the party selected aR distributed by the Trustee shall be a sufficient acquittance. 5. Trustee is authorized aud empowered to register any securities held for Donor in this trust in the name of its nominee. 6. Ifat the time of the death of the Donor, his wife, ELIZABETH Q. HAMMOND, shall survive, this Trustee shall continue wider the same telms and conditions as hereinbefore set forth. The TlUstee shall pay the net income from the trust to her or to any other party for her benefit. At any time or from time to time when Trustee deems it expedient it may disburse the principal or any part thereof to her or to any party for her benefit for her health, comfort, maintenance and SIlPPOrt during her lifetime. Upon the death of the survivor of Donor and his said wife, ELIZABETH Q. HAMMOND, this Trust shall continue for the benefit of the DOllor's son, WILLIAM B. Donor reserves the right to revoke or amend this trust, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time by an instrument in writing, delivered to the Trustee and intended to take effect during Donor's lifetime; except that the duties, powers and liabilities ofthe Trustee shall not be changed without its written consent. The Trustee reserves the right, at any time upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to Donor, to resign the trust lUId deliver the trust estate to Donor after deducting therefrom its fees and any expenses then due and payable. 9.
