FIRS!': I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, includ- ing my grave markt1r, shall be paid fran the assets of my estate as soon as prac- ticable after my decease. SBCOND: Should my he loved wife, Gladys !1liubeth Shughart, predecease 100, and I have at the time of my death full right, title and interest in the land on Mountain Road, Shennansdale, Cumherland Ccunty, Pennsylvania, bounded by ~bun- tain Road and lands owned on the date of this Will by Mary Shaffer, Francis Gross and Agnes Brownwell, I devise and bequeath all my riW1t, title and interest in such land, together with the improvements thereon erected, to Clarence William Shughart. TIUlID: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of ""very nature and wherever situate, to my wife, Gladys Elizabeth Shughart, provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my wife, Gladys Elizabeth Shughart, predecease 100 or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to children, equally, provided that the share of any child who predeceases 100 or dies on or before the thirtieth day following my death shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes, living on the thirty.first day following my death, and in default of any such then. living issue, such share shall be added to the share or shares for my otller children. FOURTI-I: I direct that the share of any beneficiary under the age of eighteen (lB) years shall be held, IN TRlJST, however, by John Earl Shughart, as Trustee, to hold said share for the benefit of each said beneficiary tmder the age of eighteen (lB), upon the following terms and conditions: a.
