I, KATHERINE QUADE, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and deolare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
lIBl7: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
inoluding any property over whioh I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
my children, RONALD B. QUADE and ROBERT S. QUADE, JR.
IBCOID: Should my son, RONALD B. QUADE, predeoease me,
then I direct that his share under this, my Last will and Testa-
ment, pass to my son, ROBERT s. QUADE, JR.
THIRD: Should my son, ROBERT S. QUADE, JR., predecease
me, then I direct that his share under this, my Last Will and
Testament, pass to my son, RONALD B. QUADE.
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effeotive until aotual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
suoh terms (including oredit, with or without security) or
conditions as are d~emed proper. This inoludes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to reoeive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to

(e) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, including
stock., common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without

aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or produotivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privi.lege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exeroise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.

(G) To make distdbutions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) TO select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
WIrTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any k;.nd whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
IIXTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-.

able, shall not be subjeot to attaohment, exeoution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, oontraot, obli9ation or liabi.lity of any
benefioiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assi9nment, oonveyanoe or anticipation.
._vaNTHI I nominate and appoint RONALD B. QUADE and
ROBERT S. QUADE, JR., co-Execut~rs of this, my Last Will and
Testament. I direct that my Co-Executors, and their successors,
shall not be required to post seourity or a bond for the
performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

aoquired by RobertS. Quade and Katherine
Quade, husband and wife, by Deed dated November
8, 19S2 and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office, a copy of which j,ll
attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
said Robert s. Quade died April 20, 1990,
whereupon title to the within described real
estate became vested solely in Katherine Quade,
the decedent herein.

The above-described real estate was sold
pursuant to an Agreement for the Sale and
Purohase of Real Estate dated September 7,
1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Final settlement took
place on November 5, 1997. A copy of the Deed

WHlaBAS, the said Katherine Quade by her Last will and Testament,
duly proved and recorded in the Cumberland County Register of
Wills Office, Pennsylvania, in Docket Book 2197-0618, Letters
Testamentary being issued on J.uly 24, 1997, provided, in perti-
nent part, as follows:
MADE THE
BETWEEN
FIRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
my children, RONALD B. QUADE and ROBERT S. QUADE, JR. ...
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by law
and by other provisions of this will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all prop-
erty, exercisable without court approval and effective until
actual dil;ltribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to l.ease, for any
period of time, any real or personal property and to give options
for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such
terms (including credit, with or without security) or oonditions
as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give legally
SUfficient instruments for transfer of the property and to
reoeive the proceeds of any disposition of it ...

S. QUADE, JR. , Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first
part, by virtue of the power and authority aforesaid, in said
Will contained, arid in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Four Thousand Dollars ($104,000.00) to them paid by the said
parties of the second part, at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and do
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough
of New Cumberland, cumberland County, pennsylvania, bounded and
desoribed as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Carol street two
hundred ninety-seven and two-tenths (297.2) feet west of the
northwest corner of Carol and Bridge Streets measured along the
northern line of Carol street, which point of beginning is also
fifteen (15) feet west of the division line between Lots Nos. 34
and 35 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence north-
wardly through said Lot No. 35 at right angles with Carol Street
one hundred ninety-four and five tenths (194.5) feet to a point;
thence westwardly and parallel with Carol Street sixty-five (65)
feet to a point in Lot No. 36 on said Plan, at the line of lands
rlOW or formerly of Grover C. scheaffer and Bertha c. scheaffer,
husband and wife; thence southwardly through said Lot No. 36 and
at right angles with Carol Street one hundred ninety-four and
five tenths (194.5) feet to Carol Street; thence eastwardly along
the northern line of Carol Street sixty-five (65) feet to the
point or plaoe cf BEGINNING.
BEING the western thirty-five (35) feet of Lot No. 35 and the
eastern thirty (30) feet of Lot No. 36 as shown on the Plan of
Haldeman Plot recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Plan Book 2, Page 48.
HAVING erected thereon a dwelling house being known and numbered
1S 321 Carol street, New cumberland, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which George C. Kuchma and Marian L.
Kuchma, husband and wife, by deed dated November 8, 1982 and
recorded November 12, 1982 in the Cumberland county Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book "Y", Volume 29, page 740, granted and
conveyed unto Robert S. Quade and Katherine Quade, husband and
wife. The said ~obert S. Quade died April 20, 1990, whereupon
full and complete title to the within described real estate
became vested solely in Katherine Quade, the decedent herein.
The said Katherine Quade died July 10, 1997.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to certain conditions, restrictions and limita-
tions more fully set forth in the above-described plan and prior
deeds.
. TOGETHER with all and singular the rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right,
title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said Katherine Quade at and immediately before the time of her
decease, in law or equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or
out of the same:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said granted premises to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
AND the said parties of the first part, do covenant, promise,
grant and agree, to and with the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, by these presents, that the said parties
of the first part, have not done, committed, or knowingly or
willingly suffered to be done, any act, matter or thing what-
soever, whereby the premises aforesaid, or any part thereof, is,
are, shall or may be charged or incumbered, in title, charge or
estate, or otherwise howsoever.

I, KATHERINE QUADE, of the Borough of New cumberland,
cumberland County, pennsylvania, make, publish and deolare this
as anQ for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
rIRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
my children, RONALD B. QUADE and ROBERT S. QUADE, JR.
SECOND: Should my son, RONALD B. QUADE, predecease me,
then I direct that his share under this, my Last Will and Testa-
ment, pass to my son, ROBERT S. QUADE, JR.
THIRD: Should my son, ROBERT S. QUADE, JR., predecease
me, then I direct that his share under this, my Last Will and
Testament, pass to my son, RONALD B. QUADE.
lQY~: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or managelllent of real estate and to

impoe. or extinquieh restrictions on real estate.
(e) To oompromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, inoluding
stocke, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or prOductivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance polioies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, inclUding, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.

(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
lllfH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing undor this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
~: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
