LAST WILL AND TF:STAMENT OF
ROGER I". NOBLE
I, ROGF:R F. NOBLE, a resident of Camp Hill Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, beIng of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument to he my Last Will nnd Testsment, hereby
revoking any and nil wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, administration expenses and
inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes, which I owe or
may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be,
convenient after my decease.
ITEM II: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, be it: real, pel:sonal or mixed, of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease, I give, devis~ and bequeath to my
wife, Edna Gale Noble, of 1914 Enfield Street, Camp mIl,
Pennsylvania.
ITEM III: If my said wife should predecease me or die
simultaneously with me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate to be divided equally
between my children:
1. Roger F. Noble, Jr" of 1208 Sandy Bar Drive, Fort
Washington, MD 20744
2, Nancy K. McFadden, of 4754 South Cypress Drive,
Walnutport, PA 18088.
A. If either of my sai.d children should
predecease me or die simultaneously with me, then his or her
share shall pass to the issue of such deCeased child per stirpes,
provided such issue has attained ~l years of age at the time of
my decease.

(1) If any of ,said issue are under 21 years
of age at the time of my decease, then I nominate, constitute and
appoint my other child Guardian and/or Trustee of the estate of
such minor issue, without being required to file bond for the
performance of such dutie!1, with discretion to invest such share
or shares in any manner he or she deems appropriate, and with the
right to use income and stlch portion of the principal as he or
she may deem appropriate for educational purposes only prior to
said issue attaining 21 years of age,
(2) If any of such issue shou~~ die before
attaining 21 years of age, then any remaining balance of
principal and accumulated income for such ib,ue shall pass to the
other issue of my deceased child per stirpes, and if there is no
such remaining issue, said share shall pass to my other child or
his or her issue per stirpes,
B. If either of my chi.ldren should die without
leaving issue to survive, then said share shall pass to my
surviving child or his or her issue per stirpes.
ITEMIV: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
wife, Edna Gale Noble, Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament, with full power in her discretion to do any and all
things necessary for the complete administration of my estate,
without being requi.red to file bond for the performance of her
duties, with full power to sell at public or pri.vate sale and
without order of court any real or personal property belongin6 to
my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise settle or
adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever
against or in favor of my estate as fully as I could if living.
A. If my said wife should predecease me or die
simultaneously with me, then I nomi.nate, constitute and appoint
my son, Roger F. Noble, Jr" and my daughter, Nancy K. McFadden,
CoExecutors, with the same power and authority as given my said
wife.
