LaST WILL AND TISTAH.NT
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT
I, ALMA M. PAUL, a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and deolare this to be my LAST WILL
and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and COdioils
previoUSly made by me.

I deolare that I am married to JOSEPH B. PAUL and that I have
two (2) children, ALLEN LEE RICKER and CAROL ANN BROWN and three (3)
grandohildren, JEREMY ALLEN RICKER, SARAH ELIZABETH RICKER and LISA
LEE BROWN.

I direot that my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my . death as is practioable by my CO-Exeoutors out of my
~esiduary estate, but not from any assets, funds, death benefits or
insuranoe prooeeds which are otherwise exoludable or exempt from my
gross estate for federal estate valuation or tax purposes.

I direct that all estate, suooession, legaoy, inheritanoe or
other transfer taxes, however deSignated that shall become payable
by reason of my death in respect of all property comprising my gross
estate for death tax purposes, whether or not suoh property passes
under this LAST WILL, shall be paid by my CO-Exeoutors out of my
residuary estate, but not from any assets, funds, death benefits or
insurance proceeds whioh are otherwise exoludable or exempt from my
gross estate for federal estate valuation or tax purposes.

I give and bequeath to my hUSband, JOSEPH, all of the
property whioh he has brought into the marriage or whioh he has
PUrchased during our marriage.

1. give and bequeath to my grandson, JEREMY, my 111 oarat gold,
diamond clutoh, ring and all of my banks inoluding my antique boy
scout bank and my antique elephant bank.

I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, SARAH, my antique,
14 oarat gold, diamond, filigree, ring.

I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, LISA, my 14 oarat
white gold, swirled diamond, ring, my sterling silver thimble, 14
sapphire and 5 diamond ring, white sapphire necklaoe and 1 ooin
proof set from eaoh year starting in 1973.

GUARDIANSHIP
I nominate, oonstitute and appoint my son, ALLEN, as guardian
of the estate of any property that I have given to my grandson,
JEREMY, or granddaughter, SARAH, and my daughter, CAROL, as guardian
of the estate of any property that I have given to my granddaughter,
LISA, It is my desire that all of the items that I have given to
my grandchildren particularly the rings be given to them when they
graduate from high sohool.

I give and bequeath to my son, ALLEN, my diamond engagement
ring.
X
I give and bequeath to my daughter, CAROL, my blue star
sapphire ring with my expressed desire that she provides for the
gift of that ring to her daughter, LISA. CAROL shall also have her
ohoice of my remaining jewelry. If CAROL does not choose all of the'
remaining jewelry, then I give and bequeath that jewelry to my
daughter-in-law, ELIZABETH RICKER.

mixed cut blue sapphires. The diamonds weigh approximately two at 4 pts. / two at 5 pts. /
and one 7 pt. 1'hey are of I-I to 1-2 clarity and 11-0 color. 1'he sapphires measure approx-
imately 2.2 rrm each. 'I'hey are of VS to Sl quality / except two are of 1 clad ty. All are
of nP<lerate purple/blUe color. 'I'he ring weighs approximately 3 dwt. 12 gr.. Fair market
value, approximately $225.
Lady'S l8K white gold ring containing one cabachon cut star blue sapphire, ten diamond
baguettes and twenty-eight single cut diamonds. '111e star sapphires show strong zoning
and blue/green dichroism and measures approximately 9.5 x B 111ll. The sapphire is of SI
clarity and very dark viOlet/blue color. The baguettes weigh approximately two at 1.5
pts. and eight are 2 pts. Three are of SI clarity / the rest at'e of VVS to flawless
clarity. All are of H-G color. The single cut diamonds weigh approximately 1 pt. each.
Five are chipped, fourteen are of SI clarity and nine are of VS clarity. All are of
I-It color. The ring weighs approximatelY 5 dwt. 5 gr. Fair market valuer approximately
$1,100.
Lady's 14K green gold filligree ring containing one old European cut diamond illusion
set. The diamond weighS approximately 23 pts. / is cut very deep, of 1-1 clari ty and

set. The diambnd weighs approximately 5 pts., is badly chipped, of L-K color. The ring

Lady's 14K yellow gold pendent connected to a twenty inch thin 14K yellow gold link
