I. DOROTHY N. ROWE. widow. of West Pennsboro Township (mailing address: SO
Parker Road. Newvllle, Pennsylvania 17241), being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as IInd for my Last Will and Testament
. hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me litany lime heretofore made.
I. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix 10 pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as mllY be found convenient to do so. I further direct that my funeral
services be conducted by Egger Funeral Home in Newvl1le lInd that my body be Interred beside
that of my husband, Arthur Z. Rowe, on our burial lot located In Newvllle Cemetery.
2. If at the time of my death I am stili the owner of the house and 101 of ground known as
80 Parker Road in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, where I reside.
In sueh event, in appreciation to Mary L. Jones for enabling me to continue to live in my own
home for as long as possible, by living with me and taking care of me, and in appreciation for the
care she provided for my husband Arthur Z. Rowe during his last illness. I give, devise and
bequeath said house and lot of ground to my daughter Mary L. Jones, her heirs and assigns.
3. I give and bequeath all of my tangible personal property of every kind and description,
Including, but not limited 10, books, pictures. clothing, articles of household or personal use or
adornment, household furnishings and effects, and automotive vehicles and their accessories, and
Including my John Deer lawn tractor, (but excluding any money, evidences of Indebtedness,
documents of title, and securities) to my daughter Mary L. Jones.
4. I hereby cancel immediately, as of the date of this wlll, any and all debts which may be
due me from any of my six children whether legally collectible or not. and admonish my Executrix
to make no effort whatsoever to collect the same or to in any way account for these. forgiven debts
in connection with the seulement with my estate. If I make any loans to any persons after the date
of this will, such loans shall not be deemed to be canceled or forgiven.
5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real. personal and mixed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath in five (5) equal shares to such
of the hereinafter described five (5) of my six (6) children as shall survive me by a period of ninety
(90) days, their heirs and assigns, the share any deceased child of mine would have received to
pass to such of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, but
should there be no such issue, then the same shall lapse and be added to the remaining shares, per
stirpes. The five (5) of my six (6) children who are to inherit my residuary estate pursuant to this
paragraph are: Paul R. Rowe, Ray A. Rowe, Donald E. Rowe, Ruth R. Daihl, and Belly E.
Lowry. My daughter Mary L. Jones has not been included in this disposition of my residuary
estate as it Is my intention that she Inherit the bulk of my estate pursllantto paragraphs two (2) and
three (3) of this my Last WlIIand Testament.
6. Should any person less than eighteen (18) years of age be entitled to distribution from
my estate, in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my hereinafter named Executrix as
guardian in the estate of each such person and authorize and direct her to receive and 10 invest the
same, to pay the income arising therefrom, logether with so much of the principal thereof as in her
opinion shall be necessary or desirable to be expended for the maintenance and support and
education of such a person, to or for the benefit of such person. and upon such person allaining
eighteen (18) years of age to pay to him or her the then remaining principal together with any
undistributed income. If my hereinafter named Executrix chooses not to accept appointment as
guardian of the eSlate of such person or desires to cease serving as such, then my said Executrix is
