I, BETTY J. LAUVER. bf the TownHhlp of Hampden, County of:
Cumberland and State of l'ennHylVilnill, belni\ of Hound mind. memory and
understanding, do make, pUbllHh find declare this tn be my Last Will
and Testatment, hereby revoking and making void all former wills,
codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time
he.retofore made.
1.
I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as
practicable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of
my last illness and burial.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate - real, personal
and mixed, unto my husband, John R. Lauver, absoluteiy.

Should my said husband predecease me, then and in that event,
I give, devise and bequeath all of my said estate unto my children,
John R. Lauver, Jr., and Lols Lauver, equally, share and share alike.
4.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband, John R.
Lauver, and my two children, John R. Lauver, Jr., and Lois LaUver,
and the survivors or survivor of them, executors of this my Last Will.
5.
I direct that my personal reoresentatives shall not be required
to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties ih any
jurisdiction.
