I, ALETHEA M. MYERS, of the Township of Mount Lebanon,
County of Allegheny, and commonwealth of pennsylvania, do
make this my will, hereby revoking any and all wills at
any time heretofore mad~ by me.
FIRST:
I direct my Executors to pay from my estate
the expenses of my lant illness and funeral as soon as may
be convenient after my death.
SECOND: I give and bequeath all household goods,
furniture, furnishings, bOOKS, pictures, paintings, silver,
chinaware, jewelry, auton~biles and personal effects, if
any, which I may own at the time of my death to my survi v-
ing children in such shares as they may determine, and
the rest of said property shall be sold and the proceeds
added to my residuary estate.
THIRD:
All the residue of my property, real and
personal, and wherever situate, I give. devise and bequeath
to my children, CAROL ANN MILLER and CHARLES DAVISON MYERS,
JR., in equal shares.
FOUR!tl: I nominate, constitute and appoint CAROL ANN
MILLER and CHARLES DAVISON MYERS, JR., as Executors of this
my will. In case of the death, incapacity or refusal to
act or to continue to act as my Executor, of either of them.
the other may serve alone in such capacity. No bond shall
be required for either of my fiduciaries. I give and grant
to my Executors, in addition to the authority conferred by
law, the power to sell any or all of my property, real or
perlonal, at public or private sale, at such time and for
such price and upon such terms and conditiona as my
Executors shall see fit, or in their discretion to retain
the same and make distribution in kind.

I direct that all estate, inheritance and other taxes
in the nature thereof, together with any interest thereon,
becoming payable because of my death with respect to the
property constituting my gross estate for death tax pur-
poses, whether or not such property passes under this will,
shall be considered a part of the expense of the adminis-
tration of my estate: and no legatee or devisee or any
person having a beneficial interest in any SUCll property,
whether under this will or any codicil thereto or other-
wlse. shall at any time be required to refund any part of
such taxes.
