I, GEORGE M. KRAL Y. of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all fonner
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
2.
I give and bequeath any automobile which I own at the time of my death to my grandson,
DAVID SCOTI KRALY, provided he is at least sixteen (16) years of age. lfhe has not attrjned
such age, then the automobile is to be sold. In the event my car has been sold or is otherwise
unavailable when my grandson reaches age 16,1 authorize my trustee, named below. to purchase a
suitable car of a medium price range for my said grandson, In the event my said grandson
predeceases me, this gift shall lapse and be considered part of the residue of my estate.
3.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give. devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-law , CAROLYN L. KRAL Y,
Trustee, in Trust for the following purposes. In the event that she is unable or unwilling to act as
such Trustee, I appoint MELLON BANK, to be Trustee in her place and stead.
A. The income from said Trust Estate, as well as so much of the principal
as is needed according to the discretion of the Trustee, shall be used and expended
for the suppon and maintenance, including medical, surgical and hospital care, and
college education, or other such fonnal education, such as any internship,
apprenticeship, residence, clerkship, or the like of my grandson, DAVID SCOTT
KRAL Y. The decision of my Trustee as to the completion of fonnal education by
my said grandson shall be final.
B. The amount to be paid for the benefit of my said grandson shall be
determined from time to time by his need, and the amounts and times of said
payments shall be detennined by such need. The said payments may be made by
my said Trustee directly to my said grandson, if in the sole opinion of my Trustee,
he be of such age and ability to handle properly the funds so paid to him, or may be
made by my said Trustee directly to the person having the custody and care of him,

G. My said daughler-in-Iaw, should she act as such trUstee, shall be
