Service in the amount of $217.00; (ii) A credit balllnce due from The Allillnce Home of Cur lisle,
PA, Inc" t/dlb/ll Chapel Pointe III Cllrlisle, In the amount of $2,575,08; (ill) A benefit payment
from the New York State Teachers Retirement System In the amount of $586,00; (iv) a television
which was donated to Chapel Pointe; and (v) a few pieces of furniture from her room lit Chapel
Pointe which are to be sold by locallluctioneer and have an estimated value of less than $250.00.
9, At the time of her death Decedent also WllS the joint owner of 1I checking account with
the Northside Bank, 9600 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237-5552 having a
balance of approximately $1,236,77, however this account is notlln asset of the estate as it was
jointly owned with your Petitioner Terry J, Meeneghan.
10, Decedent's liabilities are as follows: (i) An outstanding bill to Robert Henderson of 5
West Bridge Street, Catskill, New York 12414 in the amount of $500.00 for a gruvestone, (ii)
Amounts due your Petitioner Terry J, Meeneghan to reimburse him for payment of Decedent's
prepaid funeral expenses in the amount of $5,105,00 which was paid to Hoffman-Roth Funel'lll
Home, Inc. of 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Pennsylvania 17013 on or about March 7,
1997; and attorney's fees payable to Frey and Tiley of 5 South Hanover Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013 for the administration of the estate estimated at $750.00,
