I, LOUISE C. TYLER, a resident of and domiciled in Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania being of sound mind and disposing
intent, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking ~ll Wills and Codicils at
anytime heretofore made by me.
ITEM I
I direct that all my just debts, sE1cured and unsecured,
including those associated with my final illness and death, be
paid as soon as practicable.
ITEM II
I direct that all Estate, inheritance, succession, death or
similar taxes assessed with respect to my Estate herein disposed
of, or any part thereof, or any bequest or devise contained in
this my Last Will (whiCh term wherever used herein shall include
any Codicil hereto), or on any insurance upon my life or on any
property held jointly by me with another or on any transfer made
by me during my lifetime or on any other property or interests in
property included in my Estate for such tax purposes be paid out
of my Residuary Estate and stla11 not be charged to or against any
recipient, beneficiary, transferee or owner of any such property
or interests in property included in my Estate for such tax
purposes.
Should any real property pass under my Will, it shall
pass subject to any mortgage or lien thereon.
I direct that the AARP Investment Program Account No.
0019000802-2, the
PSECU Account
No. 0047380336,
and the
Certificate of Deposit at Farmers Trust Company in Carlisle,
pennsylvania,
be first used for these purposes and if these
funds are not sufficient, I further direct that the Dreyfus GNMA
Fund Account *265 0000 1932-3 I own be sold and used for these
purposes.

a) To my beloved son, JOHN D. TYLER, of Carlisle,
pennsylvanJ.a, $40,000.00 from the AARP Investment program
Account No. 0019000802-2, or the PSECU Account No. 0047380336, or
the Certificate of Deposit at Farmers Trust Company in Carlisle,
pennsylvania, or the Dreyfus Account *265 0000 1932-3.
b) To my beloved son, JOHN D. TYLER, my Cherry drop leaf
dining room table, dining room glass front cabinet, antique Queen
Anne side table, mahogany side chair, antique candle stand,
antique windsor chair, David DuBois end table (two drawers), one
Tyler cane side chair, antique mirror with Wolf picture, antique
four poster bed, antique tall bedroom chest with brasses, dark
night stand with lower shelf, antique velvet covered loveseat,
choice of pictures, Darrel Austin painting (pastel), large gilt
mirror, choice of books, garden scenery light blue platter, large
pewter round tray, one half dishes in china cabinet, and my
regulator clock.
c) To my beloved daughter, CORNELIA TYLER NICKERSON, my
antique dining room sideboard, large sofa and two chairs, marble
top coffee table, small butler's table, small antique drop leaf
table (one drawer), six Hitchcock chairs, large antique dining
room mirror, large poodle tray, Angeline Ayres sampler, half
circle hall stand, mahogany desk, light colored night stand
(lower shelf), Louise's hope chest (for Kr.istina Nickerson),
antique washstand, studio couches, choice of pictures, large oval
painting on china done by her Grandmother Carter, Topaz ring,
Diamond ring (platinum setting), all jewelry, one Tyler cane side
chair, Dr. Syntax large blue platter, and one half dishes in
china cabinet.

I give, devi.se and bequeath all of the remainder of my
estate, real or personal and my property of every kind and
description (including lapsed legacies and devises), whereever
situate and whether aoquired before or after the execution of

also known aa Nonie Tyler Nickerson of Mashpee, Massachusetts,

the Dreyfus Account '265 0000 1932-3, AARP Investment program
Account '0019000802-2, PSECU Account '0047380336, and the
Certificate of Deposit at Farmers Trust Company in Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament my beloved son, JOHN D. TYLBR, of
1917 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and direct that
he shall serve without requirement of bond or surety. By way of
illustration and not of limitation and in addition to any
inherent, implied or statutory powers granted to executors
generally, my, Executor is specifically authorized to and
empowered with respect to any property, real or personal, at any
time held under any provision of this my Will, to allot, allocate
between principal and income, assign, borrow, buy, care for,
,collect, compromise claims, contract with respect to, continue
any business of mine, convey, convert, deal with, dispose of,
enter into, exchange, hold, improve, incorporate any business of
mine, invest, lease, manage, mortgage, grant and exercise options
with respect to, take possession of, pledge, receive, release,
repair, sell, sue for, to make distributions in cash or in kind
or partly in each without regard to the income tax basis of such
aBBet, and in general to exercise all of the powers in the
management of my Estate which any individual could exercise in
the management of similar property owned in his own right, upon
such terms and conditions as to my Executor may seem best, and to
execute and deliver any and all instruments and to do all acts
which my Executor may deem proper or necessary to carry out the

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, CORNELIA T. NICKERSON, one of the
residuary legatees under the Last Will and Testament of LOUISE C. TYLER, late of South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt of and from
JOHN D, TYLER, Executor Wider the Last Will and Testament of the said LOUISE C. TYLER, of my
one-half share of estate residue, in filII satisfaction and payment of my residuary legacy under the terms
of said Last Will and Testament.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said CORNELIA T. NICKERSON, do by these presents remise,
release, quit-claim, and forever discharge the said JOHN D, TYLER, Executor aforesaid, his heirs,
exeeutors and administrators, of and from the aforesaid legacy, and of and from all actions, suits,
payments, aecounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the
day of the date of these presents,
