I, BEULAH P. DICK, of Carlisle, cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any
wills previously made by me.
1. 1 devise and bequeath my estate of whatever nature or
wherever situated to my son, Haymond L. Dick.
II. In the event my son does not survive me, then 1 devise
and bequeath said estate to my grandson, Charles Raymond Dick.
Ill. I appoint Commonwealth National Bank to be guardian of
the estate of my grandson. Charles Raymond Dick, whether such
property passes under this will or in any other mann~r including
the proceeds of insurance on my life.
IV. In addition to all other powers allowed by law, the
guardian shall apply such amounts of principal as it, in its
sole discretion, deems advisable for the care, maintenance,
support, educat ion and general welfare of such minor children.
V. The guardian may retain any of the assets of my estate

the principal of the guardian estate in such manner and in such
securities or other property, real or personal, and upon such
