legacy. and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said CHARLES S. VICTOR, agree to refund to NANCY R,
VICTOR, Executrix aforesaid, any portion of the distribution to which 1 am not properly entitled,
and to the extent of said distribution, to indemniJY said Executrix for claims made against her as
Executrix, and to reimburse to said Executrix all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any
such claims.
AND I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
discharge the said Executrix upon application, without further notice to me.
