Executor of the estate of Frances E, Leppard, late of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with
statement of proposed distrIbution thereon, having been
confirmed by the Court on August 25, 1998, and distribution
ordered:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED, that in accordance
with the said final account and statement of proposed
distribution as confirmed by the Court, the distribution of
the following real estate is hereby confirmed and the same
is awarded to Dale J, 1,eppard and Susan M. Leppard, husband
