I, EDNA I.. MIKOLAY, of West Manchester Township, York
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do make this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills and/or Codicils
heretofore made by me,
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses
and other proper charges shall be paid by my hereinafter named
Executor as soon after my decease as may be conveniently possible.
SECOND: All of the rest, remainder and residue of my
estate, of whatsoever kind and description and wheresoever situate,
I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, MICHAEL R. MIKOLAY,
providing he shall survive me by thirty (30) days, In the event
that my dearly beloved husband, MICHAEL R. MIKOLAY, shall predecease
me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, then and in that event
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, real, personal., and mixed,
in equal shares unto my daughters, JUDITH A. EPPLY and KAREN J. PALMER
my sons, PATRICK E. CLANCY and ROBERT H, CLANCY, and my step-son,
PAUL T. MIKOLAY. If any of the named beneficiaries shall predecease
me, the gift to such beneficiary shall fail and shall increase the
shares of the surviving beneficiaries,
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved
husband, MICHAEL R. MIKOLAY, Executor of this my Last Will. If my

husband shall be deceased/fail to qualify or cease to act/ I nominate/
constitute and appoint my daughter/ KAREN J, PALMER/ Executrix of
my Will in his place and stead. I do further direct that no bond
shall be required of any such representative hereunder.
I authorize and empower' my Executor to sell and dispose of
for any purpose whatsoever/ any or all property/ real, personal or
mixed, at either public or pri.vate sale, for such prices and on such
terms as my Executor shall deem proper, without any liability on
the purchaser to see to the application of the purchase money,
