LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
WINIFRED B. SMITH
I, WINIFRED B. SMITH, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I:
I direct that my Executors hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II:
I hereby give and bequeath my grandfather clock unto my
pastor, Dr. Jay F. Walters.
ITEM III:
I hereby give and bequeath all of my furniture and
household equipment unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs. Robert N.) RHOADS, of
Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
ITEM IV: I hereby give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five
thousand and no/lOO ($25,000.00) dollars unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs.
Robert N.) RHOADS, of Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
ITEM V:
I hereby give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five
thousand and no/IOO ($25,000.00) dollars unto the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
OF Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM VI:
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, I hereby

give, devise and bequeath unto PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF CENTRAL PENNSYL-

I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid
out of the residue of my estate and that the specific bequests herein
be paid free and clear of said taxes.
ITEM VIII:
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my attorney,
JON F. LaFAVER, ESQUIRE, or if he is unable or unwilling to serve,
then I nominate, constitute and appoint DAVID H. STONE, ESQUIRE, or
any other member of the law firm of Stone LaFaver and Stone as Execu-
tor.

I, WINIFRED B. SMI~H, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I:
I direct that my Executors hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II:
I hereby give and bequeath my grandfather clock unto my
pastor, Dr. Jay F. Walters.
ITEM III:
I hereby give and bequeath all of my furniture and
household equipment unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs. Robert N.) RHOADS, of
Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
ITEM IV: I hereby give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five
thousand and no/lOa ($25,000.00) dollars unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs.
Robert N.) RHOADS, of Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.

I, WINIFRED B. SMITH, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I:
1. direct that my Executors hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
ITEM II:
I hereby give and bequeath my grandfather clock unto my
pastor, Dr. Jay F. Walters.
ITEM III:
I hereby give and bequeath all of my furniture and
household equipment unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs. Robert N.) RHOADS, of
Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
ITEM IV: I hereby give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five
thousand and no/lOO ($25,000.00) dollars unto my friend, CARMEN (Mrs.
Robert N.) RHOADS, of Enola, Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
ITEM V:
I hereby give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five
thousand and no/lOO ($25,000.00) dollars unto the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
OF Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM VI:
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, I hereby

give, devise and bequeath unto PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF CENTRAL PENNSYL-
VANIA, which serves the Carlisle Presbytery.
ITEM VII:
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid
out of the residue of my estate and that the specific bequests herein
be paid free and clear of said taxes.
ITEM VIII:
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my attorney,
JON F. LaFAVER, ESQUIRE, or if he is unable or unwilling to serve,
then I nominate, constitute and appoint DAVID H. STONE, ESQUIRE, or
any other member of the law firm of Stone LaFaver and Stone as Execu-
tor.
