KNOW ALL KEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned do hereby
acknowledge to have received this day of and from Kiles T. Burd, Executor of
the Estate of Nellie E. Wright late of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, all of the property distributable to them and
for and in consideration of the receipt thereof, do hereby remise, release,
quitclaim and forever discharge the said Executor, as aforesaid, of and from
all liability for any reason whatsoever, arising out of the settlement of the
said Estate.
The undersigned, being all the distributees of the said Estate, do
hereby agree to refund to the said Estate any amount which shall be necessary
in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate of which they may
hereafter receive notice, should any such liabilities be found to be due and
owing, to the extend of the aseets being distributed pursuant to this Receipt
