6, I have no guardian of my estate or my person. .
7, I nominate Brenda Campbell as my guardian In this action. She Is an
adult Catholic, residing at 310 11th Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070.
She Is not a party to this action and Is not related to me or to any other party to this
action. She has no Interest In the subject matter hereof nor any Interest adverse to
me. She Is willing to be my guardian In this action and her consent Is attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
8. In the past year I have had serious problems with classmates at my last
school. I need to change schools In order to get my life back on track. Ms.
Campbell Is providing me that oppor,.Jnlty. My mother's Inability to Interact with me
has caused me to act out and I feel it would be in my best Interests to be placed with
Ms. Campbell who cares about my development and well-being.
9. My father, Robert Weatherholtz, knows Brenda Campbell and is willing
to consent to her appointment as my guardian as stated In the attached letter from
him attached hereto as Exhibit B.
10. My mother, Nina Hackman, has not consented as she does not approve
of Ms, Campbell being appointed my guardian.
11. No other petition has been flied for the appointment of a guardian for
me In this action.
