I, LOIS M. MURDOCII, of Camp Hill, cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, make this my will, hereby revoking all prior will~
and codicils.
FIRST: The expenses of my last illness and
funeral shall be paid out of my estate.
SECOND: I give all my jewelry to my daughter-in-
law, Brenda M. Murdoch, if she survives me.
THIRD:
I give my automobiles and the rest of my
articles of personal and household use, equipment and ornament, .
and all insurance thereon to my husband, John H. Murdoch, III, if
he is living on the thirtieth day next. following my death, but if
he is not then living I give the same to my son, David McCune
Murdoch, if he is then living.
FOURTH:
A.
I give the sum of Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2,500.) to the First United Methodist Church,
Frederick and simpson Streets, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
B. I give the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.) to the University of Wisconsin Foundation, with
principal offices in Madison, Wisconsin, to be used for
scholarships for students majoring in Physical Education in the
School of Education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. If
the purpose for which this gift is instituted ceases to exist,
then the Foundation may devote the gift to other use~ which the

managers of the F'oundation determine to be oompatible with my
original intent.
C. I give the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.) to my grandson, David Michael Murdoch, if he
survives me. If he has not attained the age of thirty years,
this gift shall nevertheless be retained by my son, David McCune
Murdoch, in trust for my grandson until he attains the age of
thirty years and income may be accumulated and invested in
accordance with the investment powers given my executor. My son
may apply such part or all or none of the income and principal as
he may determine for the health, education and welfar.e of my
grandson, by the payment of bills therefor, or by direct payment
to my grandson, or by payment to any person selected by my son to
disburse such funds, whose receipt shall be a oomplete discharge
of my son therefor. If my son determines that it. is impractical
to administer a share hereunder, he may, in discharge of all duty
hereunder deposit it in an interest-bearing account in the name
of my grandson, with or without restri.otJ.ons on withdrawal prior
to age thirty, as my son shall deem appropri.ate or may pay the
share to the person having custody of my grandson. All funds not
paid to or applied for my grandson in accordance with the
foregoing provisions shall be paid to him absolutely at age
thirty or to the personal representative of his estate .if he dies
prior to age thirt.y.

FIFTH: I give all the rest of my estate to my
husband, John H. Murdoch, III, if he is living on the thirtieth
day next following my death. If he is not then living I give the
same to my son, David McCune Murdoch, if he is then living or, if
he is not, per stirpes to his then living issue.
SIXTIII Until actually distributed to the
beneficiary no principal or income of my estate shall be liable
for any debt, contract or engagement of any beneficiary nor
liable to any legal process, nor subject to assignment, transfer
or anticipation except that any beneficiary may assign any part
or all of the beneficiary's interest in my estate to anyone or
more of the beneficiary's or my descendants.
SEVENTH I All estate, inheritance and other death
taxes and any interest and penalties thereon imposed by reason of
my death on property passing under my will and on gifts made by
me during my lifetime shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate, without apportionment or reimbursement.
EIGHTH:
I authorize my executor, without court
approval, to retain and invest in any property, without
restriction to investments authorized by law; to sell at public
or private sale for cash or credit, to exchange, or to lease for
any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give
options for sales, eXchanges or leases; to borrow money and
pledge or mortgage any assets as security therefor; to oompromise

I, LOIS M. MURDOCH, of Camp Hill, cumberland county,
pennsylvania, make this my will, hereby revoking all prior wills
and codicHs.
FIRST:
The expenses of my last illness and
funeral shall be paid out of my estate.
SECOND:

I give all my jewelry to my daughter-in-
law, Brenda M. Murdoch, if she survives me.
THIRD:
I give my auto!\lob.iles and the rest of my.
articles of personal and household use, equipment and ornament, oW
and all insurance ther80n to my husband, John H. Murdoch, III, if
he is living on the thirtieth day next following my death, but if
he is not then living I give the same to my son, David McCune
Murdoch, if he is then living.
FOURTH:

I give the sum of TWO Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2,500.) to the First united Methodist Church,
.Frederick and simpson streets, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
B. I give the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.) to the University of Wisconsin Foundation, with
principal offices in Madison, Wisconsin, to be used for
scholarships for students majoring in Physical Education in the
School of Education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. If
the purpose for which this gift is instituted ceases to exist,
then the Foundation may devote the gift to other uses which the

managers ot: the Foundation determine to be oompatible with my
odgihal intent.
c. I give the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.) to my grandson, David Michael Murdoch, if he
sdrvives me. If he has not attained the age of thirty years,
this gift shall nevertheless be retained by my 80n, David McCune
Murdoch, in trust for my grandson until he attains the age of
thirty years and income may be accumulated and invested in
accordance with the investment powers given my executor. My son
may apply such part or all or none of the income and principal as
he may determine for the health, education and welfar.e of my
grandson, by the payment of bills therefor, or by direct payment
to my grandson, or by payment to any person selected by my son to
disburse such funds, whose receipt shall be a complete discharge
of my son therefor. I f my Bon determines that it is impractical
to administer a share hereunder, he may, in discharge of all duty
hereunder deposit it in an interest-bearing account in the name
of my grandson, with or without restrictions on withdrawal prior
to age thirty, as my son shall deem appropriate or may pay the
share to the person having custody of my grandson. All funds not
paid to or applied for my grandson in accordance with the
foregoing provisions shall be paid to him absolutely at age
thirty or to the personal representative of his estate if he dies
prior to age thirty.

approval, to retain and invest in any property, without

options for sales, exchanges or leases; to borrow money and
pledge or mortgage any assets as security therefor; to compromise
