v - I bequeath the sum of $10,000 to each of my sons,
reugene A. Nicoletti, Jr., John Nicoletti and stephen Nicoletti
who survive me.
VI - I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherev~r situate in
the following manner:
A. One-fourth to my son, Eugene A. Nicoletti, Jr.
Should he predecease me, then his one-fourth shall be divided
equally among his widow and his children.
B, One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
son, John Nicoletti. Should he predecease me, his share shall
not be paid to his issue but shall be divided among my other
children or their survivors as indicated in this section of my
will.
C. One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
son, Stephen Nicoletti. Should he predecease me, his share shall
be divided equally among his widow and my other children or their
survivors as indicated in this section of my will.
D. One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
daughter, Linda N. Gilbert. Should she predecease me, her share
shall be divided among her widower and children in equal shares.
VII - I appoint the parent or parents guardian of any
property which passes under this will or otherwise to a minor or
an incompetent and with respect to which I am authorized to
appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income from time to time for the minor's education and support or
to make payment for those purposes without further responsibility
to the minor or to any person taking care of the minor.

son, John Nicoletti. Should he predecease me, his share shall
not be paid to his issue but shall. be divided among my other
children or their survivors as indicated in this section of my
will.
C. One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
son, Stephen Nicoletti. Should he predecease me, his ahare shall
be divided equally among his widow and my other children or their
survivors as indicated in this section of my will.
D. One-fourth of said residue shall be paid to my
daughter, Linda N. Gilbert. Should she predecease me, her share
shall be divided among her widower and children in equal shares.
VII - I appoint the parent or parents guardian of any
property which passes under this will or. otherwise to a minor or
an incompetent and with respect to which I am authorized to
appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income from time to time for the minor's education and support or
to make payment fot' those purposes without further responsibility
to the minor or to any person taking care of the minor.
