that the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedulo of Distribution of Richard B. Lackey,
Executor of the Last Wlll and Testament of Amy R. Lackey, late of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Deceased, have been filed and advertised In accordance
with law and Rules of Court and the same having been confirmed absolutely by the Orphans'
Court Division of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on October 13, 1998; and
it appearing that the said Executor in his Proposed Schedule of Distribution claims distribution
to himself of the hereinafter-described tr'act of land in conformity with Paragraph 4 of
decedent's Last Wlll and Testament filed to Estate No. 21-97-806, with record of payment
of Pennsylvania Transfer Inheritance Tax recol'ded in Tax Docket 15, Page 206, Line 3, it Is
ordered, adjudged and decreed that:
ALL that certain lot of ground located in the Fifth Ward of the Borough
of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described !IS follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest intersection of Franklin and "C" Streets
as the same appears on the Plan of Lots of William H. 9ittinger, recorded In
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 4, Page
111; thence along the North side of "C" Street, North 80 degrees 30 minutes
West 75 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Katharin Salsich,
North 9 degrees 30 minutes East, 150 feet to a point on the South side of a
proposed pUblic alley; thence by the South side of a proposed public alley, South
80 degrees 30 minutes East, 75 feet to a point on the Western side of Franklin
Street; thence along the Western side of Franklin Street, South 9 degrees 30
minutes West, 150 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING. Described according
to a survey dated April 26, 1965, by Noel B, Smith, Registered Professional
Surveyor NO, 9292-E.
THE above-described lot of ground has thereon erected a dwelllng house
which has the mailing address of 403 "e" Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013,
BEING the same premises which Leroy C. Long and Betty J, Long, his
wife, by deed dated September 25, 1965, and recorded September 25, 1965, In
the above-mentioned Recorder's Office in Deed Book "T", Volume 21, Page 79,
granted and conveyed to John E. Lackey and Amy R. Lackey, his wife. The said
John E, Lackey having died on March 3, 1971, title to the above-described tract
of land remained vested by operation of law solely in his surviving spouse, Amy
R. Lackey.
