and deolare this to'ba my last Will and hareby revoke all
wills andoodioils praviousJ,y made by ma.
I. I direot my Exeoutor, hereinafter named, to pay all
of my legal debts and funeral expenses and the administrative
expenses of my estate as soon as praotioable afber my death.
II. I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Robert
B. Bare, if he survives,me, all of my furniture, household
furnishinga, olothing, jewelry, peraonal effeots, all of my
other artioles of personal use or adornment, and all automobiles
of mine kept for family or peraonal use, together with any
insuranoe existing thereon, but, if he doea not survive me,
I give suoh tangible personalty to my beloved son, RobertC.
Bare.
III. All the reat, residue, and remainder of.my property
and estate of every kind and nature wheres,oever situate"
inoluding all lapaed legaoies and'bequesta, and iryoluding
any property over whioh I may have a power of appointment at

VII. Shoulcl any personenti~led to a share of my estate
be a minor, at the ~ime of distribution to him or her and,

amount which may be paid or deliverecl to him or her or in
his or her behalf without the appointment of a guardian or
other fiduciary, or the 'delivery of security, suc!) shares
shall be paid and distributed to my trustee hereinafter
named to be held IN TRUST and managed, invested, and reinvested,
together with the aocumulation of income thereon, and the
trushes shall use and apply from time to time such portion

power shall continue until distribution is actually madel
A. To retain any or all of the assets in my
estate, real or personal, without regard to any
principle of diversification, risk, or produotivity.
B. To sell at public or private sale, to
exchange, to lease, to pledge, to mortgage, to
transfer, or convert or otherwise dispose of, or
grant options with respect to any and all property,
real or personal, at any time forming a part
of my probate or trust estate, in suoh manner,
at such time or times, for such purposes, for
such price or prices, and upon such t~rms,
credits, and conditions as shall be deemed
advisable or necessary under the circumstanoes.
C. To invest of all forms of property,
without being limited to legal investments,
D. To compromise any olaim or controversy.
