hereby make, publish and deolare this my last Will and Testament, \IS
follows, hereby revoking all former wil.ls and Codio.j:ls by me heretofore
made.
FIRSTl I direot that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expenses be pai.d as soon after my .deoease as may be <;lonvenient.
SECOND I I give, devise and bequoath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, both real. and personal, of whatsoever kind
and Wheresoever situated, including all property whioh I have the
right to dispose of, to my wife, MARY B. GWYNNE. I make nO devise or
bequest to the o\lildren whioh! now have or to any ohilC\ or ohildren
whiohI may hereafter have, knowing full well that my said wife' will
support and maintain suoh ohildren.
If, howeVlilr, my said wife has not survived me or dies within one
hundred eigh~ (1.80) days of my death, I give, devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, inoluding all property
, whioh I have the right to dispose of, to my ohildren, share and share

alike, the issue 9f any deoeased ohild to take the share whioh the
parent would have taken if ,living. If any suoh deoeased ohi1d has no
issueUving at the time of my death, that ohild I s share shall be
shared by the remaining ohildren. If at the time of my death any
of the issue of any deoeased ohild then living Shall not have attained
the lI,ge of twentYMone years, I direot my Trustee hereinafter name,d to
hold the share of such ohild in trust and to invest and reinvest the
same, and to use the net inoome therefrom for the support, eduoation
and maintenance of the ,ohild for whom said share is held in trust

over, retain and hold as trust investments, either permanently or

said trustee shall not be liable for any loss to my estate by reason

Testament, but if my said wife does not survive me or for any reason
