any policies of insurance on my life, and in any other situation
in which the power to make,such appointment exists undflr the laws
of Pennsylvania, provided, however, thia appointment of a
guardian shall not supersede the right of my fiduciaries to

such guardian shall have the power to use both principal and
income for the support and education (including college
eduQation, both graduate and undergraduate) of any such minor
without regard to any other reaources of or for such minor and

responeible for such minor. No individual fiduoiary shall be
liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of any agent appointed

required to furnish bond or other security for the proper

serve or to complete the administration of my estate, then my
