MUNICIPAL LIEN
MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of
1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, by
and through its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer
B. Hipp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against
Dennis W. Kochan and Marianne M. Kochan, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 197 Simmons Road,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055. Dennis W. Kochan and Marianne M. Kochan, are owners of
all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements
thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of L. R. 21068, on
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 11 aris 12 on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence by said dividing
line South 44 degrees 30 minutes East 220 feet to a point;
thence South 21 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West 81.71
feet to a point on the eastern side of Pin Oak Drive; thence
by the eastern side of Pin Oak Drive North 68 degrees 03
minutes 40 seconds West 81.53 feet to a point; thence by the
same on a curve to the right, an arc distance of 111.3 feet
to a point; thence by same North 44 degrees 30 minutes West
45 feet to a point; thence by the same on a curve to the
right having a radius of 25 feet an arc distance of 39.27
feet to a point on the southern side of L.R. 21068; thence
by the southern side of said L.R. 21068, North 45 degrees 30
minutes East 105 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 11 of Section B on the plan of lots known as
Monroe Estates as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 16, Page 75; and
being improved with a one story ranch dwelling house with
two car garage.
BEING the same premises which Patrick P. Smith and Jeanne M.
Smith, husband and wife, by Deed dated June 30, 1989 and
recorded July 3, 1989 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book "A", Volume 34, Page 789, granted
and conveyed unto Dennis W. Kochan and Marianne M. Kochan,
husband and wife, owners.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to all applicable restrictions and rights-
of-way of record.
Tax Parcel No. 22-26-0227-008.
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Dennis W. Kochan and Marianne M.
Kochan, husband and wife, adult individuals, and the real
property described herein from and on November 26, 2002, and for
which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,

P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
